What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Is payment secure?
Yes, all payments are processed through a secure platform with SSL encryption. Your information is never stored.
Can I pay in installments?
Currently, payment in installments is not available, but we are working on it.
I have a promo code, how do I use it?
When checking out, enter your promotional code in the field provided just before payment.
2. Deliveries and returns
What are the delivery times?
Your order is prepared within 48 working hours, then delivered in 2 to 5 working days depending on your address.
Do you ship internationally?
For now, we only deliver to mainland France. International shipping is coming soon.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is sent by email as soon as your order is shipped.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to return an unopened product to us, in its original packaging.
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping is free for purchases over €49. For purchases under €49, shipping costs range from €3.90 to €5.90, depending on the carrier chosen.

What is the difference between Sweet Block and Sweet Control?
Sweet Block works immediately by blocking sweet tastes. Sweet Control works deeply on cravings and blood sugar levels through a course of treatment.
How does the spray work?
It contains Gymnema, a plant that temporarily neutralizes sweet taste receptors in the mouth.
How long does a treatment last?
The recommended duration is 4 to 8 weeks, depending on your sweet tooth.
Do your products contain sugar?
No, our formulas are sugar-free.
Can the spray and treatment be used at the same time?
Yes, it is even recommended for a double action: immediate and deep.
