Can I change or cancel my order?

How do I track my order?
A tracking link is sent by email as soon as your order is shipped.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to return an unopened product to us, in its original packaging.
Que se passe-t-il si je ne vais pas chercher mon colis en point relais ?
Si vous ne récupérez pas votre colis dans le délai prévu par le point relais, celui-ci nous est automatiquement retourné.
Dans cette situation :
- La livraison est considérée comme effectuée,
- Nous procédons au remboursement des produits uniquement,
- Les frais de livraison ne sont pas remboursés, car le transport a bien été réalisé,
- Si vous souhaitez un nouvel envoi, les frais de réexpédition seront à votre charge.
👉 Pensez à vérifier les délais de retrait indiqués par le transporteur afin d’éviter tout retour inutile.
